I’m a B2B consultant driven by a passion for business growth and transformation. My inspiration? David Bowie’s iconic line, “Transmission… transition” from TVC15. It perfectly mirrors the journey I guide my clients through — transmitting knowledge to spark meaningful transitions in their businesses.The idea for this venture took shape while studying at INSEAD and giving lectures at HEC. Sharing insights with MBA cohorts about the evolution of the B2B telecom market was exhilarating. Seeing how these lessons could be applied to other B2B sectors was a pivotal moment. Transmission. Transition.My first client was a telecom startup. To support its CEO in achieving sustainable growth, I created the “From Tech To Growth” framework. The success of this approach revealed something profound: the same pain points and solutions were relevant to many B2B technology startups and scaleups. This realization set the foundation for my advisory practice.Before launching my consultancy, I spent years as a business leader in the telecom industry, starting in R&D but quickly discovering my passion lay elsewhere. As a pre-sales engineer, I thrived at the intersection of technical problem-solving and commercial strategy. From there, I built a career focused on business growth, riding the waves of telecom evolution from 2G to 5G.With Nortel, I grew markets in Europe, India, and Korea. At Alcatel-Lucent, I expanded business in Japan, China, and the Middle East & Africa before returning to Europe with Nokia. At Qualcomm, I took on a global role driving business with mobile network operators worldwide. Along the way, my family and I lived in Seoul, Tokyo, and Shanghai, eventually settling back in Paris.Today, I channel this global experience into helping B2B technology startups/scaleups unlock sustainable growth. For me, it’s about more than strategy — it’s about enabling transformation. Transmission. Transition.
